At FunnelCraft AI, we want you to be satisfied with our service. However, because our Service provides immediate access to digital assets and AI-generated content, we have a specific refund policy.

2. Subscription Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new monthly and yearly subscriptions, provided that you have not generated more than 5 pieces of content (copy, designs, or plans) during that period.

If you meet these criteria and are unsatisfied, please contact us within 7 days of your initial purchase for a full refund.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Explorer Daily & Weekly Plans: Due to the short-term nature and immediate value provided, these plans are strictly non-refundable.
  • Lifetime Access: Lifetime access purchases are non-refundable after 7 days or once significant content has been generated.
  • Renewal Payments: Subscription renewals are non-refundable. We encourage users to cancel their subscription before the renewal date if they no longer wish to use the Service.

4. Process for Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at billing@funnelcraftai.com with your account email address and the reason for your request. We will review your request and process eligible refunds within 5-10 business days.

5. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly if you have an issue with a payment. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in the permanent suspension of your account.
